1. We support the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer
- Cash payment
- Payment through intermediary platforms (if any)
Please pay at least 50% of the total number of nights to confirm your reservation.
2. Payment deadline and confirmation
- Reservations are only officially confirmed after the customer completes the payment/deposit as notified.
- We cannot guarantee room reservation until payment is received.
In the following cases:
- If the customer has not paid and the room has already been confirmed by another customer, BW HOUSE will notify the customer as soon as possible.
- If the customer has transferred the money but the room is no longer available, BW HOUSE will process a full refund within the specified time.
3. Transfer details
Please clearly state:
- Full name
- Booking code / Check-in date
To ensure quick and accurate confirmation.
4. Additional Charges
- Any additional charges (if any) during your stay will be clearly stated and paid separately.
- These charges must be paid before check-out.
